Starting our Profile Book

This week, we are starting our profile book! An adoption profile book is a way to allow birth parents to get a glimpse into our lives and to see what their child's life would look like with us. Birthparents will get the chance to look at profile books and choose which adoptive parents they would like to meet with to get to know a little better. Because this is our first impression with birth parents, I really want our profile book to be a great representation of our lives, which means I know it is going to take me forever to complete! This is why I am already starting to compile pictures and get ideas into what should go into our profile book.

We are so grateful that my friend and colleague, LeAnn, came over on Spring Break to take some pictures for us to include in our book. I'm not gonna lie, we did feel a little like we were recreating our senior pictures, but in all reality, it was a lot of fun! I wanted to share some of the pictures we will be including.
